These Terms and Conditions govern the use of vanmerino.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor colour variations may occur due to monitor calibration.

3. Pricing

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over €150.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed via Stripe's hosted checkout. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Van Merino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
