Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• In its original condition with all tags attached.
• Free from odours, stains, or visible signs of use.
• Returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@vanmerino.com with:

• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to return.
• The reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve).

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without receiving a return confirmation from us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order, please contact us at hello@vanmerino.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
